Our Patient Wellness Program includes the following services:
- Cleanings (two per benefit period*)
- X-rays (as needed)
- Fluoride Treatment (two per benefit period*)
- Exams / Clinical Consultations (two per benefit period*)
- Clinical Diagnosis
- Cosmetic Consultation
- 20% discount on all other services**
