Meet Dr. Damjan Jutric, DDS

Dr. Damjan Jutric (You-Treech)

Born in the former Yugoslavia, Dr. Jutric (Dr. J.) immigrated to the United States in the early 90s with his family, where they were blessed with a new start in life. He grew up in Alaska, earning a degree in Civil Engineering and two minors in Mathematics and Psychology. Graduating with Honors from the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA), he was selected as the Commencement Speaker for his graduating class.

He worked for a short time as a civil engineer in both Las Vegas, NV, and Houston, TX. However, his love for dentistry began during a dental mission trip to war-torn Bosnia and Herzegovina. His involvement with the mission sparked a passion for educating, treating, and caring for patients. Soon thereafter, he started his dental education, earning his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of Texas, School of Dentistry in Houston, Texas.

Dr. J believes in treating everyone with the utmost respect and providing a safe environment for comfortable, quality dentistry. He continues to learn and stay current with the latest technology and techniques in modern dentistry by taking three times the required number of continuing education (CE) courses every year.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Kitsap County Dental Society, and the Washington State Dental Association.

When not in the office, Dr. J can be found spending time with his beautiful wife, three small children, and their dog. In his rare spare time, he loves to travel and learn about different cultures, cook, and explore the mountains.
